What is the Return & Exchange Policy?
All sales are final — Wintermelon Shop does not accept returns.
Many of our products are handmade or hand-assembled, which means that minor imperfections can happen and are part of the charm! These small imperfections don’t affect the overall quality of the product.
That said, if you receive an item that is broken or clearly defective, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll happily arrange an exchange for the same item.
Please keep in mind:
- Exchanges are only offered for items that are broken or have significant flaws
- We do not accept exchanges for general wear, minor imperfections, or change of mind
- Photos will be required to assess the issue
